Returns and exchanges
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method, or, at our discretion, for store credit.
To qualify for a return, items must be:
• Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
• Free of damage, stains, odors, pet hair, makeup, or signs of wear.
• Returned with all original tags attached.
• Returned in original packaging, if applicable.
• Accompanied by proof of purchase.
Please note:
• All returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery and approved
before being sent back.
• Items sent back without prior approval may be refused.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless we made
an error or the item arrived damaged.
• Refunds are issued only after the item is received, inspected, and
approved.
• We reserve the right to deny any return that does not meet our policy
requirements.
• Final sale items, accessories, and any other marked non-returnable
items are not eligible for return or exchange.
• We do not offer price adjustments after purchase.
• In-store returns may be accepted for store credit only, subject to
approval.
